Generation Blockchain – The First Partner In-person Meeting

Con was delighted to represent Momentum at the First In-person Generation Blockchain partner meeting recently hosted in Poland by our lead Partner University of Szczecin alongside HogeSchool van Amsterdam, Frankfurt School Blockchain Centre, University of Porto and EUEI.

The Generation Blockchain project adopts a strong “train the trainers” approach with materials specifically designed to spur lecturers to grow in confidence, knowledge, and skills to teach it effectively.

As a result of the resources created, the project will enable teaching staff to enhance their own digital capabilities, especially their digital literacy in a world infused with algorithms, supercomputing, and cybersecurity, and to pass this knowledge on to current and future generations of students.

The meeting focused on the results of the surveys conducted as part of our Audit and Framework and Planning for the Inverted Learning Open Educational Resources (OERs). This is the first Intellectual Output of the project and will highlight good practice and the areas where blockchain could easily be included into curriculum content. So much can be accomplished whe the project partners meet in person, and the team really get to know each other.
