GRASSROOTS is here to support young ecotourism and eco-health entrepreneurship as an emerging and powerful trend. The eco-health tourism market is growing rapidly and promises particularly innovative career opportunities for young people, who are more environmentally, physically, and mentally aware of the world we live in today than their elders. GRASSROOTS will do this by providing formal and informal entrepreneurship education to youth in the fields of eco-tourism sport, street food, culture, street art, and digitalisation.
