the Climate Anxiety Check, a self-assessment designed to help young people reflect on their emotional responses to climate change — and discover ways to build hope, resilience, and action.
This tool has been developed by an international team of educators, psychologists, and youth trainers to support emotional wellbeing and climate empowerment among young learners across Europe.

The Climate Anxiety Check is a short, interactive questionnaire that takes about 10 minutes to complete. It guides users through a series of youth-friendly questions and provides a personalised PDF feedback report — full of insights and practical suggestions.
