As we come to the end of our We Lead Project, we will take a look at the fantastic resources that have been produced as part of the project. We Lead’s overall objective is to improve the quality & relevance of women leadership in tourism education so that women are better equipped to use their skills to embrace leadership roles & empower them to face challenges, especially transition towards climate neutrality.
Earlier this week we held a wonderful event, to showcase the project resources to stakeholders. We Lead is a credit to Paula from Momentum and the other project partners who have produced some incredible work.
We invite you to look at the resources:
This Discovery Report was created to improve understanding of the status of women in the sector with current statistics, trends, development needs and outlooks.
The We Lead Inspiring Women Leaders in Tourism Compendium is an interactive guide full of rich media resources and additional learning links that lead to a deeper, self-guided learning opportunity.
Based on the principles of SDG5 (Gender equality) we have created a set of OERs to be used at Vocational Education & Training (VET) and individual levels to empower women to develop their ‘voices’ and become confident about taking on greater challenges in their professional careers.
We Lead‘s Guide to Online Campaigning is a source of inspiration for how to implement a digital campaign of your own. It includes themes and what strategies tourism actors and stakeholders can use to raise awareness and start a conversation. It is designed as a companion to We Lead’s Facilitator’s Manual.
The We Lead Digital Forum is an inspiring and interactive digital space designed to empower and connect aspiring women leaders in the tourism and hospitality sectors. This unique platform brings together e-learning, peer learning, and multimedia resources to help you along your leadership journey.
