Laurence has a strong focus on EU projects that revolve around digital technology and the power of digital learning for deep impact. He works on projects that focus on digital inclusion, digital wellbeing, civic engagement, entrepreneurship and research. Laurence has a degree in Business Psychology from Technological University of the Shannon, which focused on psychological theories applied to the workplace. His specialisms include topics relevant to businesses such as changing business owner mindsets, organisational analysis and design, social psychology of organisations, psychology of leadership and performance, and scientific management theory.
Laurence is currently working on several projects:
Creative Change, a project focusing on introducing EU Project managers to Human Centred Design
INDEED, a project which aims to equip entrepreneurship educators with inclusive pedagogies and tools.
SDCE, a project which aims to get students more actively involved in Digital Civic Engagement.
Digital Crossroads, a project which is enabling SME managers to improve the digital wellbeing of your employees.
When Laurence isn’t working on EU projects, he likes to look like a mad professor in the kitchen whilst making homemade wines, beers and ciders.
