As Momentum’s Digital Media Specialist, Val curates and creates content on multiple Social Media channels. She actively shares updates and promotes our diverse portfolio of Erasmus + projects and is responsible for our successful Taste Leitrim campaign. Val is an active blogger, creating blog posts on projects and providing media support to our entire team. She is passionate about mental health awareness and brings her knowledge to the Activate Social Prescribing Project.  

Val has been widely recognised and awarded for her work in photography and on multiple social media campaigns. She focuses her passion for the North West of Ireland to voluntarily promote the region and through this work, won the Sockies 21 – Social Media Campaign Award, and the ‘Spirit of Sligo’ Cathaoirleach Award from Sligo County Council. 

Val enjoys using her creative super powers to paint, take photographs and go exploring. She loves finding new places to write about on her own blog Magnumlady Blog
