After 20 months of collaboration, learning and activity, the Memory Makers: Youth for Historical Remembrance project is coming to an end.

To mark the conclusion of the project, we are bringing the Memory Makers community together for a final online summit to reflect on what the project has achieved, share key learnings and look at how the project’s work can continue.
To date, Memory Makers has delivered nine events across nine work packages, reaching 1,058 participants from 45 countries. Together, these activities have created opportunities for young people, educators and communities to engage with history, examine how it is represented and strengthen historical awareness.
The final summit will provide an opportunity to:
- Reflect on the activities and outcomes delivered throughout the 20-month project
- Share experiences and learning from across the Memory Makers partnership
- Explore the impact of the project on young people, educators and communities
- Consider how the resources, knowledge and approaches developed through Memory Makers can continue to be used
- Connect with others interested in youth engagement, historical remembrance and learning
The event is open to everyone, whether you have been involved in Memory Makers throughout the project or are discovering the project for the first time.
Join us as we celebrate what has been achieved and look at what comes next for Memory Makers.
