We are working on The PEARL Project. PEARL supports small and medium-sized businesses across Europe in understanding and managing important environmental, social, and governance (ESG) topics.
We are delighted to announce that the PEARL ESG Toolbox is now live. This is a free resource, and it is open to anyone.
SMEs are now being asked ESG questions from every direction, supply chain questionnaires, bank and investor requests, VSME reporting. These obligations arrive long before the expertise does. PEARL is an Erasmus+ project built to close that gap.
The toolbox contains six training modules, and 21 practical tools across four areas.
Including:
Strategy and Structure: gap analysis, competitor and industry check, stakeholder mapping, milestones, OKRs
ESG Framework: value chain mapping, impact matrix, risk and opportunity matrix, climate risk, double materiality
Implementation and Monitoring: PDCA tracking, GHG emissions calculation, supplier mapping, supply chain ESG risk, VSME data collection
Communication: DEI data collection, communication guide, sustainable finance
The toolbox is available in English, Danish, German, Polish and Turkish.
We are also running user testing until Friday 18 September. If you would like to give feedback on the materials, the survey takes 10 to 15 minutes and is anonymous: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/e/cCsHnsRB6G
