Project Description

NGOs and TSOs have become essential actors in the social field, particularly in the fight against poverty and social exclusion, and played a vital role during the COVID crisis.  At organisational level, they have been particularly affected by the crisis and undergoing radical changes, while capacity building has not been an overt agenda. Leaders drive NGOs and TSOs through innovation, diversity, collaboration, adaptation, influence and reputation, transforming themselves and their teams to achieve their purpose and strengthen their social impact. But numerous reports highlight that there is a greater need for digital leadership, specifically when it comes to championing digital as a strategic function.

The main objective of LEADERSEEDS is to provide an online, multilingual, and interactive tool for the leadership of the third sector  to provide them with the knowledge and skills to develop professional leadership and digital transformation competences. There are two key deliverables:-

  1. Digital Leadership Development Training Programme to enable the target group to access a new training model designed to provide them with the knowledge and skills to develop professional leadership and digital transformation competences.  Access via https://www.thirdsectorleaders.eu/project-results
  2. Digital Leadership Centre, an online multilingual, interactive portal enabling direct access to educational resources and skills development activities for individuals wishing to gain the knowledge and skills to develop professional leadership competences. Access via https://leaderseeds.training/
