Sanja is leading our intercultural, inclusion and diversity projects with a passion for female empowerment and incorporating digital competencies. From Ireland to Germany and into the Western Balkans, Sanja is one of our key connectors and helps create inclusion and integration opportunities across Europe. She brings 14 years’ experience in communications and project management, with marketeer instincts and the mission of an NGO representative.
With a degree in Economics and experience in delivering both adult and youth education, Sanja creates educational resources and delivers training to diverse groups. She has delivered self-employment training to vulnerable women in rural areas, employability training to unemployed persons, problem identification training to community groups and marketing training to social enterprises.
Equally passionate about all the projects she works on, here we highlight some of them:

INCLUDE HER: Increasing the digital skills of HEI managers and academic staff to implement an innovative approach to empower female migrants in higher education to attain higher levels of digital skills, with the aim to redress the gender imbalance in the digital sphere: https://www.includeher.eu/
SHINE: aims to upskill women with the knowledge and behaviours necessary to confidently and successfully transition into leadership roles in their third sector or community workplace https://www.shineproject.eu/
DESIGN FOR CHANGE: develops innovative adult education pathways that will assist social change actors to bring effective, equitable, and long-lasting solutions for positive Social Change, though implementation of the Design Thinking model
